EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

As an exhibitor you receive one (1) expo table.

Please note the expo pavilion will be in the foyer adjacent to the main conference space. Coffee breaks will be hosted in this area as well.

Exhibit space is approximately 8’x10’ and includes one 6 foot table, linen, 5A power, 2 chairs and wastebasket.

The Expo will run from Wednesday afternoon September 25th through Friday afternoon September 27th. Generally attendees will be at the Expo at Breakfast, during breaks, lunch and after their breakout sessions.

The location of your booth is assigned by the Alliance. Largest sponsors receive premium locations. 5A Power service is included with all booths. Increased power service is available for an additional fee billed to your company, and will need to be requested prior to the start of the event.

Shipping, storage and delivery fees are not included. They will be billed directly to your company or your hotel room.
